This classy coconut-pineapple drink will remind you of sandy white beaches and frothy waves! I have listed both alcoholic and non-alcoholic type!

A perfect Pineapple coco nutty goodness, the official beverage of Puerto Rico

The recipe calls for cream of coconut, available in all stores in canned section. Do not substitute with coconut milk. The cream of coconut is already sweet so there is no need of any sweetening agent for this recipe.

Alcoholic:

2 cups of Ice

12 oz light rum

8 tbsp cream of coconut

1/2 cup of fresh Pineapple juice

Put all ingredients in blender and blend for it all well combined. Preferably high-speed for short time.

Pour into each glasses and serve with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.

Non-Alcoholic:

Just omit Light rum and instead added frozen pineapple juice.
