To make this, it would take the same time that you took to read this entire post!
1 Cup yogurt (low-fat/normal)- Chilled
1 banana
6 strawberries (frozen/fresh)
1/4 cup blueberries
Sugar/honey/Agave – to taste
Preferably refrigerate for 20 minutes
First add banana, strawberries and blueberries to blender and blend. Keep it a little chunky. Tits and bits of fruits here and there is good.
Next add yogurt and any sweetener and blend.
No need for Ice and flavored yogurt too works great. If it is too thick, couple of tablespoon of milk helps!
Serve with some fresh whipped cream and a strawberry.
