Iced lemon Tea

The name says it all..

Makes 5-6 servings

6 cups of water

2 packs of tea bag or 3 tsp of tea powder

1/3 cup of sugar/honey/agave

3 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 cup Ice

Few lemon wedges and rounds.

In a saucepan, bring water to boil. Remove from heat and add tea bag. If you are going to use tea powder, Add it to the water and bring to a boil till its nice brown in color and aromatic.

When the water is luke warm add the sugar, this helps it to dissolve completely.

In a large Pitcher, add all the ingredients and stir well.

Add the lemon rounds in the pitcher before few minutes of serving.

Serve in individual glass with a lemon wedge.
