Roasted Sweet potatoes-Cajun Style Beware-Highly addictive! My brother introduced the plain roasted sweet potatoes few months ago. For that extra spice and kick i added Cajun spice and now I never have an excuse to not cook sweet potatoes again. Simple and a great side dish. Whenever i bake something in the oven.. first thing i do is: notice whether i have sweet potatoes at home.. if yes! chop, mix and into the oven, yeah that easy!!
