Brownie with ice cream and chocolate ganache

V-Day spl post – Brownie with Ice cream topped with homemade chocolate ganache/Sauce.

We’ve never been much for flashy Valentine’s Day over priced roses, heart-shaped gifts or out for an expensive dinner. Instead we would be creative with our date nights and you’ll find me happy in the kitchen, cooking with love for my valentine and follow with a night of cozying up on the couch to watch movies or some series, we are just happy being together. Desserts are the most important part of the meal on any special day and being married to a dessert lover, most of my energy is reserved for this part.

Is your valentine too a chocolate lover? This recipe is sure to please and make valentine day’s extra delicious.
